Bank of China's Ankara office: a steel stair in a double-height void, a lit indoor garden beneath it and calm, white workspaces.
At the heart of the office is a double-height, glazed void. The steel stair linking the two floors is kept light with glass balustrades; beneath it, white pebbles and planting turn the space into an indoor garden, lit from below in the evening. The waiting area and open-plan office sit on a quiet base of white walls, grey carpet and the bank's red logo.
