An interior proposal for a restaurant and wine bar: arched niches, walls of wine, a dining room divided by vertical screens and a warm palette of beige and brown.

Wine racks set in arched niches behind a bar counter, with round tables in front; no people.

Table set with glasses and plates in the foreground, the arched wine bar behind; no people.

At Fleur de Sel, arches shape the room. A lit archway opens onto the dining room; arched niches frame wine shelving on one side and a landscape fresco on the other. Vertical screens divide the space without closing it off, and banquette seating runs along the wall.

The palette is warm beige and brown, with light coming from within the niches and from pendant lamps.
