A multi-storey car park, course centre and public space for Kağıthane Municipality: a rounded volume in concrete and Corten steel on a triangular plot between two arms of Çelebi Caddesi.

Designed for Kağıthane Municipality, the building combines three uses: a multi-storey car park, a course centre and public space. Its round-cornered volume follows the triangular plot between two arms of Çelebi Caddesi. Concrete and Corten steel were chosen as contemporary facade materials; seen from the sloping streets, the Corten fins give the volume its rhythm.
