The masterplan brings the stables, a training track, open grounds and the villa together in a single scheme. The long stable block is organised along a central aisle with stalls on both sides. Off it are a hayloft and fresh-feed store, washing and farrier areas, staff rooms, and a veterinary wing with an examination room, surgery and clinic.
