İzka Yenişehir was developed with BDA Architects (Buse Dağlan) for İZKA İnşaat. The building is layered by use: retail at street level, homes and offices above, and shared living spaces in between.

Drawings

Repeated arches set the rhythm of the facade, and at street level an arched arcade creates a shopping street. Terraces and green roofs give the upper floors outdoor space.
